Effective Date: January 1, 2020 This CCPA Employee Privacy Notice sets forth our privacy practices as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This notice applies only to TemPositions employment-related individuals residing in the State of California who are considered “consumers” as defined by the CCPA – namely, job/employee applicants, employees, and contract employees (“contractors”) of TemPositions.
