Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with sales, creative, and product teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand goals.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and ensure efficient campaign execution.
  • Guiding the execution of promotional campaigns, online ads, and seasonal initiatives to boost brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Mentoring and managing digital marketing teams to improve performance, creativity, and collaboration across platforms.
  • Presenting digital marketing strategies, key performance metrics, and reports to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, media partners, and digital agencies to extend brand reach and improve digital presence.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media strategy, or email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive digital marketing decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
