  • Presenting merchandising strategies and performance reports to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail partners to negotiate favorable terms and product placement.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in a merchandising, retail planning, or inventory management role.
  • Proficiency in merchandising software, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple merchandising projects.
